Recently, Ed and Chris came to my home and the level of professionalism, kindness and taking the time to explain to me what was going on at the time. As a first time home buyer, they even gave helpful info for me when I asked them some guidance on my home! I was very impressed with both of them. Also, the customer service gal over the phone was fantastic also. Because of this superb visit, I am considering switching my services to you all when my contract is complete. Thank you very much!!!!

We had an excellent experience with 1st response pest management. Nathan was professional, kind and efficient. The whole team was helpful and very communicative! The safety of our home (kids and pets) were a top priority when spraying around the house, which was very appreciated. We will continue to use this great business.

This was my first experience with a pest control company. My technician Ed was exceptional at explaining about the termite infestation and the treatment options. Time was of the essence due to my selling the home. Ed was able to rearrange his next appointment so the treatment could be started today. Hopefully I never have a pest problem again but if I do, 1st Response will be who I call.

I used first response for over a year with absolutely no issue at all. The technicians were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The front staff was super helpful. I first reached out to them to help me with an issue with springtails. I asked if they could use a specific spray I found worked and they said sure thing. It was the whole reason I started my service with them. In my initial phone call, I explained my issue, explained why I wanted the spray, asked if it was possible for them to use, and if itit would be included in the tier of service I ordered. They said certainly no problem. For over a year they came out quarterly and treated with the product we discussed. It was perfect. Then just this week my service technician came, I texted the day before asking if they had the special springtail note on my file. They texted back yes. This technician came out, didn't have the correct spray. Later the front office called and asked if I expected that product every time. I said yes (which hopefully was in my file from our initial discussion and since I had it every time since) and said they would have to charge me $10 more a month since a manager had to be the one to use the product, even though in my initial call they said it would be included in the service and it was fine for all prior treatments. I already pay over $60 a month for 4 treatments a year not including the initial start up fee. I canceled service and will look elsewhere, but I wanted to write how disappointed I was that a good service switched up on me so fast. Really bummed out.

I've been a client of 1st Response for many years. I only have great things to say about the employees of this company. I live in a heavily wooded area and run into all kinds of wildlife. Their processes are timely and effective. They are like super heroes.

These guys never let us down. We live in the woods and have all kinds of critters. When they find some unique pest, it is all hands on deck with their team and they remedy the issue immediately. What an awesome locally owned business.

Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated areas outside, where yellow jackets were coming into my home and inside, where they were nesting in my basement. He made sure that I was aware to stay out of my basement for several days and he even taped areas around my basement door to be sure that no wayward, angry bees would get into my living area. I have used First Response in the past and I am always impressed with the high level of quality service provided by their technicians. Thank you, Hunter, for taking care of my home!

Jason Ivanski was professional and respectful. He also did a great job- unlike my previous pest control. I wouldn't mind if he was sent to my house every time I needed service! Though the cost seems high, it's a quarterly price. The monthly price (diving by three) is actually lower than most competitors: $80.64.
