Drew the inspector was great. He explained everything that needed done and made it easy to understand. Matthew did the treatments and he was wonderful. He was polite and very thorough with the pest and rodent services/inspections. Matt answered all of the questions and concerns that I had with great detail as well. They are truly the most punctual appointment arrivals I have ever experienced which is greatly appreciated. I had a free evaluation done today with a beautiful soul name Mike. This is an honest review stay with me. Sometimes you meet people and instantly feel if their full of it or not..Well I can honestly say that Mike is very professional and knowledgeable about this company. He was patient and thorough in explaining everything step by step.We were so Impressed with Mike that we decided this is the company that we are going to be doing businesses with. Service is fine. Not sure I appreciated you charging my credit card before I had a chance to barely look at the invoice in my email and pay the invoice myself…and the charge happened after your business hours on a day you were closed at close to 7:30 in the evening so there was no one I could talk to about it.

We recently had an issue with roof rats in our attic. They came out and did an inspection, set up exclusion, installed bait stations, and sanitized our attic. They were able to solve our issue in a matter of a couple of days. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and did quality work. Highly recommend!
