We were absolutely amazed at Rob's expertise & confidence in removing a bat that had gotten into our house, and perched itself in a crook of our very high ceiling, after flying around in our family room. Last year, I had a raccoon problem in my attic, and this company came out to handle it. They installed a one-way attic trap and removed the raccoon swiftly and professionally. Ever since then, I haven’t heard a single sound from above—their solution worked perfectly! Today 7/29/25, I called them to do a follow-up inspection just to be safe. Devin came by, thoroughly checked the trap and attic, and confirmed everything was still intact with no issues. I really appreciate how detailed and respectful he was during the visit. Devin was our 911 Wildlife technician and he was amazing. He explained the process of getting the squirrel out of our attic, placed the one way door, sealed up the areas where the squirrel could get in and advised us he will follow up afrer a week.
