In December 2022, my 87 year-old mother was run over by a car in the Kohl’s parking lot. Bringing her home from the hospital late at night, I was going to spend the night at her house to care for her and realized she had a horrible infestation of bedbugs. At three in the morning I was frantically scrolling the internet looking for a bedbug mitigation company. The well-known chains got some terrible reviews, but A-1 Bedbugs looked excellent. I called them early the next morning, and wonderful Mark came to her house right away for an evaluation. He answered my many questions, and two days later he and his partner came to mom‘s house, completely eradicating the bedbugs. They treated the house with high heat, which is so much safer than the harsh chemicals that other places use. Our family had many many more questions for him, and Mark quickly and kindly answered all of our crazy texts and frantic phone calls. Not only did he do an outstanding job, he put our minds completely at ease. He was so conscientious and thorough, and when my mom had to stay at my house for a week at Christmas time due to her injuries, Mark came over to my house the day after Christmas to make sure that my house was also bedbug-free. He went above and beyond in so many ways that I still can’t believe how incredibly fortunate we were to find him. Besides his dedication and incredible service, his price was substantially less than the big name bedbug mitigation services. Mom has recovered from her injuries, her lovely house is bedbug-free, and it’s such a relief that we had such a fantastic resolution to the worst Christmas ever. If you need help in eliminating bedbugs, there really is no better option.

Mark is amazing at what he does. He worked with us got right in and came back and did it again. Great work, and customer service. We have a toddler, baby, cats, and worked with me so I could find places for everyone so he could come in and work and every time it was on a weekend. I would never use anyone but him and I will always tell people about him.
