I spoke with Jordan on the phone and he was very professional. Jordan also E-Mailed the papers for me to sign and send back. James called like I requested before he came. My appointment was between 8am & 10am James called at 8:24am and arrived at 8:32. He looked and acted in a very professional manner. He listened to what the problem was and where we are having the problem. He then put out the boxes and told me how they worked. He was very knowledgeable and respectful.
