Stan arrived promptly and was amazing! Very personable and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing. He was very patient to answer all my questions as well. I love the fact that he will be my main technician treating my home each quarter this season. Treated the interior and exterior of my home and did such a thorough job, even went into my attic spaces to treat there as well and was very considerate to clean up any debris left behind. I cannot stress how amazing the customer service is at this company. They are a family owned business and this type of customer service is the main reason why I will never work with large corporate companies for any of my home services. I purchased all the offerings they had available for treating my home throughout the season and after today’s experience, it was well worth the money! Service from office informative, patient. Same day service, technician called before coming. Very informative, knowledgeable, told me everything He did. Explained why I have ant issue. Was very pleased with service . My technician is local , I like doing business with local area. Would recommend. For those wondering I did a one year service contract.
