We had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE! 100000 stars to ABC Pest Services in Saint John, New Brunswick. The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to look through our entire home and explain the issue in detail. He walked us through the entire process, fixed visible problem areas right on the spot, and used several methods to ensure the problem would be resolved. He was extremely personable, polite, and had a great sense of humour - it was like having a friend over! After two months in our new home, I was shocked to find ants suddenly coming in from a light fixture. By the next morning, Joe arrived, bringing with him patience, kindness, and a wealth of knowledge. Joe from ABC pest control team was amazing, He checked and analyze our house if where is the potential in and out of the deer mice, he closed the holes put some prevention kits and advised me to monitor the deer mice and their droppings. After few weeks Joe did initiate to check out on me if theres still some deer mice and did inspection again to see if the prevention kits and the holes was a success and it was a success. Joe advised me that if anytime I saw any mice again I will inform him asap. Thank you so much Joe for your awesome help for our house and family. Rick and Joe are absolute professionals; we had another company in a few years ago to address a mouse issue in our home. They just set traps and left. Joe came in, identified (and fixed) the entry points, explained in detail what was going on, and follow up after the work is done as well.
