They don't even deserve 1 star. I went back and read reviews and they seem like a reputable company. However, I read some that commented on customer service and how rude the people are. I dealt with Craig and he is the most rude, greedy, and cold hearted person I've ever talked with. First I just needed a termite inspection, no termites, but the guy roped me into a maintenance contract. Oh well it was only $500 more that way, but I paid up for 5 services with 1 remaining. My Mom was diagnosed with cancer and I moved in with her to care for her. I contacted the office to let them know the property was empty and to please stop service. What I got was no consideration for my situation and pay up. My mom has since passed and this was not something I paid much attention to, but Craig did!!! I received a letter today and he turned me over to collections within 4 months and tacked on an extra $100. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

ABC has been so great! They came out within a few days of calling to make an apt. They offered us a discount on the basic package due to the size of our house. The job took no time at all. Super friendly! Happy with their service.

We have been a client of ABC Termite & Pest Control for several years. They have always respected my request to be informed of every treatment and have always been readily available to provide additional services upon my request and as soon as possible. Today Ed Came at our request earlier than we thought was possible and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He also went out of his way to do an additional application for our need. He was also very social and friendly. We really enjoyed his service today.

Highly don’t recommend. Got a service done because some of the tarantula sized wolf spiders that were making their way into my garage. Got billed for nearly $150, and not even a month later they are still trickling in. Woman on the phone advised me that I didn’t get a premium service for way higher dollar, and that this service was only good for about 30 days. So for $150, save your money and maybe just buy stuff over-the-counter and do the job your own. Because $150 only buys you a one month barrier. Overpriced and ridiculous.

Ed came out to give an estimate for pest control and was very knowledgeable and professional. After explaining everything clearly, he went ahead and did the spraying during the same visit, which was super convenient. He made the whole process quick and easy. Would definitely recommend him!

ABC has been providing wonderful service to our home for several years now. Their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable compared to other companies we’ve used in the past. Pricing is reasonable too.

Both the technician that did the inspection and the technician doing the treatment were great 10 of 10 in knowledge and skill explaining what we were dealing with and then the treatment tech did a great job doing what was quoted. Both were very kind and generous with their time answering all my concerns. A great team

I became a customer of ABC three months ago, and just recently had my second treatment for pests. Superior service and product! Friendly personnel and the pest control was instant and lasted an entire quarter. I was using Orkin in the past, but ABC is much better than Orkin. Thanks to my son and daughter-in-law for recommending them!
