I had a lot of small beetles in my apartment, which were correctly identified as parquet beetles. I got an appointment quickly, and they sprayed insecticide twice in a row. Unfortunately, I still found beetles, so they repeated the treatment a third time. Unfortunately, I still found some afterward. I contacted another company, who said these beetles required a different treatment, as the beetles can also lay eggs under the parquet, and the insecticide isn't enough in that case. So, I spent several hundred euros on treatments, which did indeed combat the symptoms (far fewer beetles), but not the cause: the eggs. This is why new beetles kept hatching. Now I have to pay a lot of money again to solve this problem. Therefore, unfortunately, only one star because I wasted a lot of money for nothing. I reported this to the company, but received no response, which is why I'm giving it a bad review. If they aren't trained to combat these beetles, they should refuse the treatment.
