We had an excellent experience with Above and Beyond Pest Control at our home in North Palm Beach. We discovered subterranean termites chewing through our baseboard and George was incredible; his expertise allowed them to treat our home without tenting, which saved us a lot of $$ on the tent treatment. The team communicated clearly, arrived on schedule, and completely eliminated our problem on the schedule they proposed. On top of that, they offered the best price, beating ALL other bids, the closest of which was $300 higher. George’s professionalism and knowledge truly stood out throughout the process. We’re extremely satisfied with the results and would absolutely use them again. My wife & I highly recommend Above and Beyond Pest Control to anyone dealing with termites or any pest issue!

We worked with Corey. Our house had to be tented. The process was well explained and he communicated while they worked until ultimately clearing us to return home. They do the work themselves so there is no middle-men. I hope we never need to do this again but would call them if I did!

I discovered termites under my wood floor and called two companies. Above and Beyond came within two hours and the technician "sales person" made a very good initial impression. She was professional and personable and announced that the termites were dry termites and the house needed to be tented. The price was less than I expected and I agreed to a pending treatment decision after I had received an estimate from another company. A Hullett technician came and immediately recognized the termites as subterranean. He proceeded to inspect outside and there they were, clear as can be, right on the other side of the infestation. There was no need to tent the house and the estimate was half the price of Above and Beyond. Conclusion: a pest control technician with 20 years experience should have known the difference on sight. She didn't even look outside. My belief is that she knew and chose to sell me the more expensive service. -She didn't care that I told her that $1,800 was a hardship for me -She didn't care that the prepping of my garden and the replacement of the hedges was going to be hundreds of dollars more. -She didn't care that I had to go through the inconvenience of vacating my house for 3 days. -She didn't care that I had to bag all my groceries unnecessarily. -And above all, she didn't care that the service she was selling at greater expense and inconvenience was INEFFECTIVE to treat the termites I had. Therefore, I believe she acted in bad faith.

I had my home tented for termites by Above and Beyond. When I was quoted I was told that i had some hybrid termite that would require gas as well as in ground treatment and prevention. I ended up choosing to hire this company even though their quote was $1500 higher than the next closest quote. I wanted to be sure I hired the best because i had termite damage in my hardwood floors which i was going to have repaired. They performed the tenting but I noticed the certificate they left in my home was only for drywood termites which is NOT what the salesman told me i needed. I called and complained and I was assured that was just a typo and that all work had been done correctly. Well guess what. Here i am a short time later and my newly refinished hardwood floors have buckling from subterranean termites. I purposely chose to pay a premium to make sure I didn't have this happen, Now I'm screwed. Do yourself a favor and hire a different company that correctly puts in writing what they are charging for. lastly their annual renewal is much more expensive than competitors. Update in response to Above and beyond response. Wow... Just wow. To outright lie to avoid accountability just takes this to another level. Rather than reach out and try to remedy the situation you call me a liar. Tell me why the next closest quote was $1800 and you charged me $3,500. What was I paying for if I wasn't paying for subterranean termite treatment? I was specifically told they would be putting a system into the soil to treat it and prevent it in the future. I hope my review saves many other customers the hassle of dealing with a company like this. Additionally I hope you lose more business than the $3500 I paid. What a bad way to do business. Every opportunity I get I will be sure to recommend someone else other than you.

Noah was the best technician we've had since beginning to work with Above & Beyond a couple years ago. He took the time to remove all the spiders webs and get into every spot possible for pests. He was so kind and we really loved him! He's your best employee by far :)
