Having roaches is unpleasant, but working with Absolut Pest Control to get rid of them is pleasant! What a nice bunch of people. They were flexible in their scheduling, had good communication,and seem to have done a great job! They also showed up right when they said they would.

They have done absolutely f&@k all. We all still faced mice many months after they were here and still do. They came to my place and put a single glue trap under my stove. That glue trap has never caught anything. I would think a service would do a unit walkthrough, check for openings, check for droppings, provide the owners with an approach to sealing entry points into the units. Go around the outside, check for openings and fill these or at least warn us about them do that we can take action. They would ideally check the basement and check for any pipe openings leading up into floors or walls. As far as I know they haven’t done this and so not worth it. I’ve done much more on my own in my unit than the service is providing which, as far as I can tell, is nothing.

They were very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to step away from my work computer and they were able to work right around me. They are amazing and although, I will always use them (even though I hope I won't need to use them again!)

They had to come twice to treat for yellow jackets. They were on time and very professional. I am happy with their service and am keeping my fingers crossed that the yellow jackets don't return. I would definitely recommend this business.
