I’m surprised to see so many good reviews on here because my experience, which spanned about three months, was terrible. I had birds nesting inside my wall through a hole on the exterior of the building. My unit was infested with bird mites. The folks from Absolute came out in May and gave me a quote to fix the issue. I asked for an itemized list of expenses. They said they don’t typically itemize quotes but once I got the list of expenses I gave the green light. Then the first signs of trouble began: It took too long to get the work scheduled for what was an urgent situation. A delay during a busy season is understandable but it was hard to even pin down a specific day and time. They eventually got the work done — or so I thought. It turns out the contractor they hired to do the job worked on the wrong side of the building. Despite this error, they charged my credit card. I was given no opportunity to verify the work before my money was taken. After some confusion and some time, the contractor was able to find the correct side of the building when he returned to the site. Once he looked closer, though, he was concerned about nearby power lines. He said he would come back later in the day with more crew members. At some point soon after, he decided he couldn’t do the job because of the power lines but he never bothered to tell me directly. I only found out after calling Absolute for an update days later. They said it would take a week to find a replacement contractor, which I found unacceptable so I asked for a refund. They initially pushed back on giving me a refund so they could make it right but I was ready to move on. They assured me that I would get my refund but they said that it would take weeks to refund me because of a merger happening with another company. In other words, they were able to take my money quickly during a merger but they couldn’t give it back quickly during a merger. I decided to dispute the charge via my bank because it was taking so long otherwise. That didn’t go well either. I had to wait 45 days for the dispute to expire to get the refund because Absolute said they couldn’t tell the bank that they weren’t challenging the dispute due to the merger. I never received an apology nor did I get a good explanation as to why the merger was causing so much disruption. (A bonus story about the contractor: After passing on the job because of the power lines, he left his large ladder sitting on the neighbor’s property and resting on the side of my building. It took him weeks to come get it despite multiple messages about it. The first time I asked him to retrieve the ladder, he said he would pick it up but he also, inexplicably, sent me two photographs of what appeared to be an injured leg. Presumably it was his own leg but the photographs didn’t come with context. Also, while he was on the site for my job, he offered to fix the door of my back yard’s fence. Instead of focusing on the job at hand, he was busy focusing on selling me on more work. He’s an unprofessional, mistake-prone contractor who might be working on your urgent problem.)

Two thumbs up for Absolute Home and Pest Solutions. If you have attic pests, be they squirrels or mice, they probably are elsewhere in your home. The Technicians from Absolute identified entry points. They closed off holes. They placed exit door off roof gable. They removed all attic insulation and blew in new insulation. They really listened to our needs and took care of the problem. I highly recommend them. They were very accommodating with my need to reschedule the insulation removal and install two times. Professional office staff also.. Christopher, the Owner and each of the technicians are top notch.

Experience with Absolute Home and Pest was good .Pest had put 2 holes in my roof . I called them they came out the next day to survey the damage and then the very next day Absolute came out repaired the holes, closed them up .The work was completed timely.

His visit laid a foundation of trust and rodent-proofing, with expert tips that turned me from just a client into a loyal customer. I have had issues with tiny sugar ants for years as soon as the weather gets warm. I have had another pest service company monthly for many years and they NEVER resolved the issue. Chris at Absolute, came in and resolved my issue by sealing all cracks and potential entry points and treating the source. I'm thrilled and so pleased with my service. I am now a lifetime customer of Absolute Pest Control. The service and responsiveness are outstanding.
