Brian was absolutely phenomenal in discussing the best plans for my household and really made me feel reassured that this minor problem can be resolved. We had recently moved to a luxury condo in Hawaii and I was very stressed with the unexpected visitors, however since Absolute Termite and Pest Control came, I haven't seen any more pests! So far so good! Would highly recommend using their services. (I'm not getting paid to post this either lol) Mahalo!

We've had a good experience with Absolute Termite for our own pest control needs, which is why we felt confident recommending them to close friends. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Our friend has now been rescheduled twice for tenting -- after being promised confirmed service dates. On both occasions, the crew simply didn't show up. No bad weather. No emergencies. Just vague excuses about "staffing issues." Let's be clear: Tenting isn't a small inconvenience. It requires people to leave their homes, spend money on hotels, and rearrange their lives. Our friend had to check into a hotel twice, only to be told -- after the fact -- that the work wouldn't be happening. This isn't just unprofessional -- it's inconsiderate and costly. If your company cannot guarantee a job will happen, then don't schedule it. Don't overpromise and underdeliver at someone else's expense. The only thing "absolute" about Absolute Termite seems to be their disregard for people's time, money, and basic respect. We won't be referring them again and we will find a new pest control service too.

James provided excellent service. They responded to my email inquiry quickly and was able to get me on the schedule within a few days. Love the text reminders! Very reasonable rates. James explained the services very well so I accepted the quote for the specific service I asked about and James was able to take care of the service right after the inspection. Because of the efficiency in getting the quote and service done on one day, I also accepted an ongoing maintenance service. Highly recommend this company!

We paid $3,905 under contract for termite fumigation with Absolute Termite and Pest Control, and the work was never performed. The fumigation was scheduled for October 8, with an estimated arrival window of 10–11am. The company did not show up until 6:37pm, more than eight hours late, without giving me any proactive updates. I repeatedly called and texted throughout the day seeking a realistic ETA, but was given vague or misleading information instead of honest communication. When the crew finally arrived, they walked the property and assured me the job would proceed. Less than an hour later, I received only text messages citing “issues” and was told the work would be rescheduled. I had specifically asked for a phone call if there were concerns, but no call ever came through. My phone has no record of any attempted call from the company. I responded to their texts as soon as I saw them and returned to the property within 20 minutes, but the crew had already left. The “issues” they raised took me only a few minutes to fix. The fact that the cited issues took me only a few minutes to correct underscores how avoidable this entire situation was. It gives the impression that the late arrival, minimal communication, and sudden cancellation were more about convenience for the crew at the end of the day than about any genuine barrier to completing the work. I was left with significant costs—hotel expenses, lost time from work, and business disruptions—and still no fumigation service. Since then, my follow-up calls and messages about rescheduling have gone unanswered. This experience fell far below basic standards of professionalism and reliability. At this point, I simply want the company to honor its contract, communicate responsibly, and complete the work I paid for. I should note that I have relied on this company for both residential and commercial pest control service for several years and generally viewed their work in a positive light, which is why I trusted them with fumigation. I have also referred the company to friends. To be fair, the regular pest control service technicians have typically been helpful and competent, and my prior interactions with admin staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, this fumigation experience has tainted that history and left me questioning whether to continue our relationship moving forward. Update – October 28, 2025 I want to provide an update to my initial review. The fumigation was completed on 10/23, and I thank the crew for arriving in the morning as scheduled. The lead technician on site was professional, and the work itself went smoothly. After the tenting was removed and gas service restored, I discovered a few minor damages (including a broken tile near one entrance, a partially dislodged gate post, and slight gutter damage). I submitted photos and video to management, and received a voicemail response on Friday, 10/24 around 4:25 PM acknowledging receipt of the damage report. The manager also stated that someone in their office (“Brit”) had seen my review and that she would like to discuss it with me. I appreciate when a business takes feedback seriously and works to make things right. They clearly made an effort to ensure the fumigation was completed properly on the second visit, and I welcome continued communication to address the remaining minor damage items.

I have been using Absolute Termite and pest control for a couple of years. I do regular pest control as well as rodent control. Both indoor and outdoor. Not once have I been dissatisfied. I have not seen a single bug in my home for almost a year. The rodent control is probably not necessary but I like doing it as a precaution. The cost is fair in my opinion cause I don’t want bugs in my home. Their workers are pleasant to deal with, on time or early, and always explain what they will do first. There has been a few different workers that have come once or twice but all have been friendly and professional. I don’t remember all of their names but I do remember Scott. He was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I had questions during that scheduled appointment and he had all the answers instantly without hesitation. They take their time making sure they cover all rooms and areas I request. Scott sprayed one area that I did see roaches at night which was in my patio and I have seen a huge decrease in them. I have lots of pets as well as toddlers. They’ve all been very patient while I move my hyper, overly friendly dogs that want their attention out of the way. They’ve pet them on a few occasions. If I need to reach the office they answer quickly and with professionalism. It means a lot to me when office personal carry themselves in friendly manners, a lot of people will rate and review field workers only not thinking about the office staff. Absolutely pest control as a whole is amazing and I will be sticking with them.

Awful. Had an appointment for spraying between 830-9am. At 930 they were still a no show. Called and left message. No return call. Called at 945 and girl answered and she said spray could occur anywhere from 9am to 11. I asked her why they took an appointment then and sent me a text 2-3 times confirming it. She had no answer and kept making excuses that it is because i did it on line. A real dodo brain. I told her this is the second time this has happened . I had to explain to her a thousand times that i had other appointments scheduled that i had to cxl and change. If it’s an open window, then they need to say that and not take appointments. Anyways , the guy who showed at 10am was very nice and apologetic and said he was covering for someone who called out sick. If this incompetence happens one more time, I will inform the Board of Directors. Also they told me the price only covers the kitchen and bathroom and needed to pay more for the whole apt. Terminex (our last company) was excellent. They always arrived on time and called prior to arriving at my door. They sprayed my whole apt for the same price. What a horrible experience with you guys.

We've been using this company for several years to keep insects at bay (as much as possible anyway). Every technician who has serviced our home has been professional and courteous, including Chad who treated our home today. They arrive on schedule, and they've also been flexible when we needed to reschedule. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for quality pest control services.
