Kyle and Josh did amazing work. They did really solid work encapsulating our crawl space. Walked me through the process, quoted a fair price, kept me up to date throughout, and did a great job. Initial pest service completed and we are happy with the quarterly service. Highly recommend.

Joe helped my mother, a senior citizen who lives in the Richmond area. She said that he was very polite, kind and professional. He arrived promptly and will be coming every month to make sure there are no more cockroaches in her apartment. She is very pleased with his service.

Brian at Accel Pest did a great job. He explained to us what we can do to have a better outcome along side his service. He was professional, well mannered, and educated us about the products used. We’ve been using this service since April 2025 and as of July 2025. There has been a significant decrease, almost to not one bug seen. I would highly recommend it to a friend or family member.

Wow! Thank you ACCEL and Kyle for the amazing customer service and education! We were able to quickly get an appointment to check out what we thought was an issue, which luckily was not. Kyle thoroughly checked our attic and crawlspace, and he provided us with a very reasonable service program quarterly. We already have our first routine service scheduled in 2 days. Kyle was great and we are so appreciative of his professionalism and knowledge.

Brian was on time, respectful of my home, super friendly, and professional. He was very experienced and knowledgeable, and I felt incredibly safe with him in my home. He explained everything that I needed to know about future services and was willing to take the time to answer any questions that I had. Excel pest and termite control was an alternative to Terminix for me and I’m glad I made the switch. Not only did I get better services for a lower cost, but I feel more confident in having a family owned business that truly cares about my home. My experience from start to finish with the first phone call with a wonderful and helpful woman and the two people that came to do the inspection and work (Kyle and Brian), left me feeling confident in the care that I’m getting. Debbie was professional, proficient friendly, courteous and objectionable.. I rate her 4.9 simply because after she left, I examined where she left the traps, would have preferred the hotels instead of the old fashion mouse traps. Would have been easier for me to remove other than that superb and I look forward to working with her
