DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY= THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS NOR DO THEY VALUE YOUR TIME THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY When no one showed up today and after I had to take a half of a day off of work, I called to find out where my technician was. They told me my technician was out today and no one would be coming but never bothered to call me. Had they called me I would not have had to leave work half a day early. I was frustrated and explained that my half a day off without two weeks notice cost me more than their service and I thought that was unprofessional and unacceptable as a long term customer. The manager then stated That the other technicians they have will not come here today even though I had to take time off work, then asked me what I would like him to do? I said this is a you problem not a me problem tell me what you CAN do. He got more rude and said that since the way I was coming off he can offer me two solutions, cancel my service or for me to take another day off work to reschedule. As a customer that just lost money to take off for a scheduled service that no one even called in advance to cancel when they knew hours before my appointment time, I had a right to be upset. He had very poor customer skills and didn't care that their incompetence cost me money. I used this company for three years. I normally work from home and can accommodate any schedule they offer me. I am now on a time sensitive project that I am out of the home and I have a dog so I have to be present for service. This is the second time they did this to me in the last year.

We are a small business in Delaware but with many locations. Patrick came out and after filling him in on our issues he recommended a specific solution. This has worked amazingly! We couldn’t be happier with him or the service and would never contact another company!

An appointment was set up five days in advance. Appointment was scheduled for between 10 AM and 12 noon. On day of scheduled service, at 12:10, I called and said my appointment was between 10:00 and 12 noon and the technician had not arrived and if the technician was not here by 12:15 I had another appointment and would not be here. At “4 PM”I called and complained and was told technician was 10 minutes away. I think not.

Like every other termite place on the shore. Expect to pay $1000 for them to drill holes in the dirt and drop $40 worth of their monitoring stuff in the hole. Then, a year later, it'll be another couple hundred for them to look at them. Biggest racket going.
