Deveon and Rob are friendly, kind and also very thorough with the bug treatments that we have Ace perform. Both men certainly represent Ace Exterminating excellently. Never once has one of your technicians given any trouble at all. Always friendly and courteous and experts at what they do! The care that Ace takes in hiring top notch people really shows! From the receptionists to the guys doing the work in the field. Thank you for always taking such good care of us!

I did not have a good experience using Ace Extermination. I met the technician at my home to do what I thought was going to be a full inspection/monthly treatment start up since we had found brown recluse spiders. He had actually ran over my dog while pulling into my driveway which made a horrible start to this. He came inside to look at a sticky trap to verify that it was brown recluse and said that was all he could do. When asked about treatment he said there was nothing he could do today. I asked if he could at least put more sticky traps out and he was very hesitant and seemed like he really didn't even want to do that. I had taken a half a day off at work to be home to allow them to do any kind of treatment necessary but instead it was to just verify.. I could have sent a picture over of the trap to verify to save everyone time. He told me that once he left the office would call to schedule a time to come out. They were telling me the only slots they had available was between 1-5pm and that I had to stay out of my home for 4 hours after treatment. I requested a morning slot so that way I could be in my house before 9pm since I do have to work the following day. The lady on the phone was friendly- but was not helpful and didn't seem knowledgable. She had to call her manager to verify pricing and told me that she would have to talk to her manager to see if they could schedule me for a morning since she had already hung up with him about pricing. I have not heard back from them and it has been a week. I have since called over to All American Pest Control who have given me answers to every single one of my questions, who had given me pricing information (which was better priced than Ace) and options over the phone and I now have them scheduled to come out for an actual treatment and set up on a monthly basis and it was effortless.

Ace is a great pest control service for apartment communities! At 1070 Main Alex always makes sure his job has been done and our residents are happy. Anything we need Ace has always been able to provide fast and awesome services.
