I had a refund. I went to the register and was taken care of right away. No hassles. I shop there as it’s my home town Ace. I’ve never had a bad experience there in all the years I’ve been going there.

How is there ever only one register open The lines wrapped around and There’s 10 employees standing around doing what? They’re Literally milking your clock doing nothing beneficial to your store and frustrating your paying customers who should not have to wait 10 mins in a checkout line to buy a $3.59 item. Maybe needs an audit.
