The technician was very professional, thorough, and kind. We were especially grateful at the friendly and compassionate way he greeted our old cat who was sleeping under the bird feeder and behind the bushes. He spoke to him gently and encouraged him to move away while he sprayed. Thank you for that, Ren!

WONDERFUL COMPANY!! Hired 2 companies prior to Ace. Neither company helped us, in fact, our problem got worse! Ace was able to help us solve our issues in a very timely, cost effective manner. If you don't like technicians urinating in your yard, don't hire them. I did not even hire this company, yet they came out for the previous homeowners contract from over a year ago. The technician did a half as$ed job of pulling off the covers and not even pulling the tubes out of the termite stations to check them. He then proceeded to urinate in a corner where he thought no one would see him. When I called to confront the company all they could say is that it was unprofessional and they needed their equipment back if I wasn't going to continue the service.
