Love this company. Small local business. Faye is wonderful to work with on phone, always kind and calm. Austin is the one doing the work inspecting and spraying for a few years now at our properties. He takes time to patiently explain things, and has always been super helpful. Owner Derrick Watkins is a great guy, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Ace!

This company is outstanding! They took amazing care of me fore 8 years when I moved south and knew nothing about termites. I moved to my new house and had Burnum-Hahn. Turns out the BH coverage was for one year only and for retreat only, NOT repair! BH was nice, but they didn't help with my problem. With Ace, they came out and started HELPING ME figure out what needed to be done to make things safer and be able to bond the house. The prices were incredibly reasonable! They got the proper retreat and repair bond setup. Derek (the owner) came out and spent time with me going over everything. Austin comes each year and is so nice and thorough. Faye is the nicest person in their office. I am so glad to be their customer!

If we weren't paying for pest control we would pay for the customer service. This company has gone out of their way to service our home, with our crazy schedule. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take care of any pest problem, while being mindful of other animals in or around the house. Honest pricing.

I called about 3 hours prior to my appointment on a Thursday to reschedule an inspection because a meeting had run over and it was clear I couldn't make it home in time. They were very nice and rescheduled me for Saturday. When I arrived home Thursday, there was a note on my door that I had "missed" my appointment and someone needed to complete the interior portion. Saturday no one ever showed and no one answered the phone at the office so I left a message. No one returned my call on M, Tu or We- so I called back on Thursday. Again the woman was very nice and apologetic and set another Saturday appointment. Same situation again! No show, I left a message and no returned call!!! Two Saturday mornings wasted waiting around for an inspector that never arrives with no way to reach anyone. That's completely unacceptable.
