Great staff! Excellent to work with, and come HIGHLY recommended! We have used them for routine services as well as emergency services. When we were worried we were exposed to bed bugs they came out immediately and brought the bed bug detecting beagle. They were extremely thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Own a log home and have used Action Now FOREVER to control carpenter bees and the occasional mouse or bat visitor. Their expertise and professionalism is paramount. No matter the problem, they take care of it and, if afterwards they rear their ugly head, they come back at no additional charge to run them off again. I also appreciate the fact that they wear safety equipment and use products that aren't harmful to me or my animals. They are conscious of not leaving my windows a mess from sprays (as much as they can be). ALSO, if you call another company, they'll be coy about their warranty and/or evasive about their price.
