Last week, I contacted Action Pest Control to remove a bald-faced hornet nest from my backyard. From the start, their service was prompt and professional. Roofers discovered a colony of carpenter ants when working on our garage roof. This was on a Sunday and I was worried that the extermination process would slow up the roof work. Sima came within hours. She did an inspection, diagnosedvthebproblem and treated the area. Spoke with a representative who kept asking me if it was a "rental" (twice at different times during the same call, it is not!) and also implied that since I was "down the mountain", my house was probably fairly small. I explained that houses down here are more affordable than on the mountain and often bigger than the countless bungalows you can find up the escarpment... Not the best way to speak with a new customer, Hamilton is a beautiful city no matter which part you live in!
