Had ants all over the house and Tracy worked like crazy get someone to my home within 24 hours to rectify the problem. The Tech person, Jay, was totally on the case and knew exactly how to fix the ant problem. Action took Action!!

Fantastic results!! (Toms River Location) We have an outdoor, wooden bar table in our backyard that is attached to the side of our house. And an outdoor table set right next to it. This spring, we got bombarded by very territorial carpenter bees that would fly at us when we would eat outside on our patio, or just walk by. Upon investigation, it was found that they had dug multiple holes in the wood, and made their nest. We tried DYI methods such as wooden block traps, but nothing worked. We called Action, and within the same week they sent a tech (Raymond!). After an initial free assessment, Raymond came a few days later to treat. He said the tunnels were so bad, that he needed to treat the area twice to ensure that he got them all (no charge for second treatment!). After those treatments, within a week, we were carpenter bee free! To help prevent this from happening again, we filled the holes in as recommended, and painted the table. Since then, we have not seen a carpenter bee anywhere around our house. Our outdoor dining experience has been peaceful bliss now. Thank you Action and thank you Raymond! They all went above and beyond to answer questions, make a plan, and deliver on the results promised.

Your technician failed to inform me that application of ant bait inside my home would draw many many hundreds of ants into my kitchen causing us to spend hours killing the ant infestation. I did ask why earlier ant baits were placed outside and he said this method was preferable. If had had been informed the placement inside would cause the ants to enter my home I would have said NO, do not do it.
