From the moment I set up monthly service, several years ago, my technician, Patrick, has been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and he keeps my home pest free. Edmond is my service technician and he is outstanding. I can’t remember when I had my last bug problem since he’s been treating my property. Edmond was on time, professional, and very thorough. To be honest, I had started to feel like I was being scammed and robbed since I hadn’t seen much improvement, and the service is not cheap. I was even ready to cancel. But Edmond really turned things around, he serviced every room, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt more confident about the process. I appreciate his effort and professionalism, and now I’m waiting to see the results moving forward.

Reposting because my review was deleted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Under their “pest services” - we’ve experienced a carpet beetle infestation, drain fly infestation, baby roaches, etc. The technician told me to treat the drains at my house with drain - O because that’s why we apparently have roaches and drain flies - as he couldn’t come in unless I called to schedule a one off appointment. You’re at my house and I’m paying for your services ? Then the carpet beetle infestation has been nothing short of a nightmare to do deal with. I call asking for a plan on how to resolve and no one calls me back. The mosquito “solution” they use is ineffective. Our termite stations needed replacing for a year and the technician that services our house monthly never told us. I had to call to get access to our online portal to realize this. I never had a bug issue until I started using active - if I could give them zero stars I would. Pictures attached of the carpet beetle infestation I discovered that they’ve done NOTHING about This company does not care about you. Do not use them. Also- keep deleting my review, I’m going to keep posting it.

Brandon J. is solid. He really takes his time and pays attention to the little things, and you can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. Super thorough, easy to talk to, and I always feel like my house is in good hands after he leaves. Definitely recommend him.

My technician Patrick always go over and beyond my expectations. He always asked me about the issues I’m having and then not only does he treat for it, he gives me great recommendations and advice to move forward with. When I first started with the company my plan was to only keep then for the initial problem but after Patrick started coming out I realized how beneficial it was to keep them. He treats the inside and outside of my home. Using products that are safe for kids and animals.
