Technician, Merced Cruz, was excellent! He took the time to answer all my questions and reassured me that my home is well protected against termite damage. He also provided helpful insight on what to look out for and reminded me to report any concerns right away. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great service from start to finish!

What an operation, Active Pest Control came out to solve a problem with Wasps in my hedges. Nathan, Assessed the situation and gave me a great price and set me up for the next morning. This morning I received a call from James. He came out and handle all my problems in a short period of time. He removed the nest and sprayed my bushes and surrounding area for even a herd of ants. I’m sold anytime I need pest control. I’m calling active and you should too! Outstanding service!

Very happy with Active pest control service. All baits were checked and apparently one had been accidentally covered when my concrete was laid for my driveway extension. A new bait was put in and all is good. Fortunately, there was no termite activity. It is better to pay for the warranty and not need it than not have it and need it. I believe my technician’s name was David and he did a great job

We are very pleased with our service from Active. Our technician comes out he’s thorough. He takes his time. He’s not rushed and he does a great job and is willing to come back out if anything is a problem which it hasn’t been so I will give them five stars

I want you to know that Jeff has been my technician for at least 5 years. He is the best ever. He never fails to enter my home with a happy smile on his face and happy greetings. Jeff informs me about what he is doing and why it needs to be done. He always asks if I have concerns or problems that he can take care of for me. I love that he has a little time just to chat with me and always leaves me with a smile on my face . Jeff is a one in 1 million technician. I don't allow many people in my home to do or treat things but Jeff is the best. I hope as an employee you treat him as so. If I could rate this company zero stars; I would. Where do I start? I’ll start with the carpet beetle issue. we now have a carpet beetle problem (we did not previously have this issue under another pest company) that this company has failed to treat and shown absolutely no care for. I’ve called with the issue several times and do no get phone calls returned. I did finally get in touch with one manager one time but the treatment was still ineffective. I’ve since called with no guarantee or answers on resolution. Next - we have a drain fly issue as well. When the service technician comes out, I’ve asked him to treat and he tells me I need to call to make an appointment for him to come in and for me to get drain-o and pour it down the drains. First, I’m paying this company to treat abs they won’t, second , I did do the drain O and still have the issue. Third - their mosquito “solution” does not work one bit Fourth - their communication is terrible. The technician never let us know that our termite stations needed to be replaced. It wasn’t until I called to figure out how to get online access to a portal set up that I realized we had needed those fixed for over a year. The technician never articulated. I’ve seen more bugs in my house than ever while using this company (drain flys, carpet beetles, spiders , etc) & I can confirm we are clean & clean our house daily so it is not an”us” problem. I cannot warn anyone enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Photos attached of where I found the carpet beetles nesting…. In between my couches & in the expensive wool carpet I owned. This company should have offered to pay for the new carpet I had to purchased and the professional cleaning my couch required
