After our call to Acton Pest Control for help with a mouse problem an appointment was quickly scheduled. Chris and his help arrived promptly and did a thorough inside and outside assessment of our home. Chris almost immediately found a point of entry and other areas of the property that needed to be addressed. A plan was made to solve the problem. I would highly recommend Acton Pest Control. They are prompt, thorough and very professional. While some similar companies offer a free initial inspection this one did not. However, it was worth it for a job well done by a local company.

We had a terrifying and extra large yellowjacket nest with part of the dome above ground. It was grown through with plants and far too intimidating than the typical underground nest. Way beyond what a homeowner with store-bought sprays could manage. I filled out a web form after business hours and was contacted first thing the next morning. Acton Pest Control was there that afternoon. They were friendly and professional, truly pleasant to work with. The nest was bigger than any of us imagined, and though significantly diminished, showed more activity about a week later. I messaged them on a Sunday evening, received an immediate response, and they were there the next day. It's dead now, that's for sure! Excellent - exceptional - customer service, at a very reasonable fee. I can't praise them highly enough. I guess that's what you get when you choose a local, family run business. Five stars and two unstung thumbs up!

Highly recommend Acton Pest Control. I've been using them for 7 years since moving to Westford. Unfortunately for me, I was recently attacked by a yellow jacket nest. I called and Chris came out right away and took care of the nest. He is thorough, professional, and always willing to answer any questions. It's not every day that you need pest control (thank goodness!), but when you do, contact Acton Pest Control. They genuinely care about their clients' safety and comfort.

Chris and Andrea run this family-owned small business and I can't praise them enough for the peace of mind and responsiveness that they bring to the table. Chris was professional and efficient. When the scope of work increased, as we found 2-3 more wasps nests near the property, he talked me through the increase and agreed upon a reasonable price increase which was very fair. He followed up to make sure one of the hidden bigger nests did see stoppage of wasp activity a couple days after the treatment was applied. They are careful with the services they offer, and make sure that they don't impact bees and other pollinators. For other pests, Chris came up with a plan and gave his recommendations and actions, which sometimes were well outside of his scope of pest control which was much appreciated. He explained various reasons for recommendations and the impact each step may have and how collectively they can work together to reduce the population. Andrea runs a tight ship on the business and scheduling/costing side of things. She is responsive and does her best to fit you in as soon as possible.

Acton Pest Control helped me with my new home. Chris came out and walked around the whole yard and thoroughly inspected the outside of my house for areas where mice and critters could be coming in. He then provided suggestions and tips for treating and dealing with those spots - and I greatly appreciated that as a new home owner. Then he went from basement to attic, looking for mice activity, insects and providing general and specialized advice to help my family treat short term issues we're facing. He also provided suggestions for other pest control services they offer as well as a very fair price for inspecting our home and treating a yellow jackets nest underground. I highly reccomend this company if you're looking for a very personalized treatment to whatever issues you're facing and want to deal with experienced and kind folk. Thank you Chris!
