This is my first time writing a review because Mr. Sahin, the pest controller, is an excellent and competent professional in his field. We have had a bed bug problem since the beginning of September 2022. We previously contacted two pest controllers who were not very flexible and available to answer further questions. In addition, three to four weeks after the active ingredient was sprayed, we continued to find bed bugs and were bitten accordingly. For this reason I turned to Mr. Sahin: he had time for the next day and arrived punctually at 9 a.m. as agreed. He is very competent and informed us well about his approach. In addition, he can be reached by phone during his working hours or will call back and respond to our open questions via WhatsApp as quickly as possible. When I was worried that my mother might also have bed bugs, he took the time to check and went to his office to get the appropriate product and spray the apparently infested room. I wish I had contacted him beforehand as his methods are targeted and we suffered greatly throughout the entire event. Fantastic! We called at short notice yesterday because we had a wasps' nest behind the cladding of our allotment bungalow and the wasps had already gotten into the bungalow. Someone came yesterday and helped us professionally. The advice and information was great. Mr. Sahien was super friendly. The wasps are gone. I can highly recommend it.
