First time using their service. The ease of scheduling, and contacting them when needed was excellent. From our Sales contact Mike to the ladies in the office, even a slight scheduling challenge was resolved quickly, the same day. Yes, the ladies in office were great! The best part was our Technician, Corey. He has been wonderful! Friendly and knowledgeable. He comes in gets the task done efficiently, all while making the visit pleasant with his friendly demeanor. I will always request Corey. I highly recommend IPM, but if you can get Corey you are getting the absolute BEST.

Climmie is our service technician and he is fantastic! He always gives us a notice before his visit and gives us options for what works best for us. He is thorough in his work, and always confirms when his work is completed.

We have a monthly service with Advanced IPM. Our next door neighbor has a major catering business and our warehouse doors have a couple of gaps so rodents are a concern. We’ve never seen a rodent in our space and we find an occasional dead roach in an IPM trap. Eber is our technician and along with being knowledgeable he’s an outgoing guy that’s fun to talk to. Chris was our inspector, he spent a long time in our place for termite inspection and was very patient to explain the treatment would be, and the most important is he thinks for customer's interest not just the bussiness.
