Their drivers are full of road rage! I witnessed (and was forced to be part of) a road rage incident where Allguard Termite & Pest Control cut off someone in the #1 lane on the 101 freeway (I was in the second lane) they then brake checked the person once they became level with me! This could have ended dangerously for EVERYONE involved, including me, an innocent bystander!!!! I have a strong feeling this driver is either family or a family friend and will not be fired despite me reporting this incident to them personally!

We rarely write reviews for companies, but in this case, we feel compelled to do so. Working with Allguard Termite and Pest is a breath of fresh air! Allguard is a family business with a personal approach not seen very often today. Last year Allguard tented our beach house in Oxnard. We were so delighted with their service that we recently requested that they treat our termite problem in our LA home. James, the owner is very friendly, honest and patient when explaining his recommendations. Unlike other termite companies, he does not recommend work that is not necessary. His prices are fair and undercuts all other companies. Cassandra, James’ Office Mamager is also very friendly and easy to work with. It is a pleasure to work with her. Allguard is a delight to work with and should be your very first call whenever pest issues arise.

Their technicians are professional and friendly but their office staff is a mess. I have called multiple times to set up a schedule for our monthly service and they have only adhered to it twice out of the multiple years we have used their service. The technician that completes our monthly service is unable to do so because the office is always scheduling him for a time we are not home, on days that are not part of the schedule. I'd give the technicians more stars for being friendly and helpful but the office staff really needs to learn to improve their scheduling and customer service.

What a great experience it was to do business with Allguard. All the way from the inspection to the tent removal, smooth sailing. I was consistently kept aware, everyone was friendly, professional, thoughtful, and careful on my property. FIVE STAR for a job well done!!

They do a great job cleaning, spraying, to keep the spider and bugs away. They spray once a month. Then if you need them to come back for any reason they will, and it's all covered in one small monthly payment. I'd recommend them for anyone needing their type of service.
