Even though there hasn't been various times I've been associated with this company, so far the few times I've done a service with them I've had great experiences so far. The main office was great to talk to, very kind respectful people, and the technician who came out was courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything clearly and was happy to answer all of my questions. I personally haven't spoken to the owner but my neighbor who recommended me this company has shared only positive things about him.

Considering we were dealing with termites we still had a great experience. Sean and Jose showed up on time and ready to get to work. They reviewed our home and checked out the areas where they would have to treat and then got to work No BS, no stalling just professionalism start to finish. When the work was completed Sean explained everything to me and showed me a photograph to assist with those explanations. Great job great company and I couldn't be more please with the service we received.

Advanced IPM is awesome. I’ve worked with our account manager Gary Fonzi for a long time and he’s been fantastic. Our technician Eric Williams has been on top of it as well. We had some serious treatments we had to get through, and Eric was timely, professional, and on top of it. Love this company!

Review long overdue on Google! Ive been with Advance IPM since 2023. Our first person was Drew who was really great then he was transferred and we were well taken care of by Sunny. She also suggested the mosquitoes buckets which really help our yard alot. We have a very lush yard and after the winter we will get a lot of mosquitoes. With the treatment which last about 6 months we are bite free. Thanks again for the wonderful service & always communicating Sunny!

Am very pleased with the service I received from AIPM. My technician is Rick Hernandez and he gets 5 stars in my book. Prompt, knowledgeable, very reliable, easy to work with, personable and 100% solved the problem I called AIPM for. I highly recommend him and AIPM and I am going to use them again for another issue.
