Wanted to tell you what a great job our technician Eric does! He is helpful, friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable. None of the eight companies I contacted would do more than set traps, and they were really not less expensive! Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is the only company willing to do actual remediation. Eric fully checked around the entire base of the house and also checked the attic. Then he also sealed the entrance points the mice were using to get into the house for years. Nathan is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his job. I happened to be out of town for 10 days, and Nathan was kind enough to stop by my house to ensure no animals were trapped in the cages. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Isaac, our technician, explained our bee situation thoroughly. He was professional and very informative. Yellow jackets build their nests in the ground and that's how they were getting into our basement around the windows. He sprayed a large amount of chemicals outside in his full protective gear and advised if the bees were still around in a week that he'd return. They didn't come back! This is our second time using Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control and they are very reliable. Highly recommend!

Our personal issue began with seeing a Wasp nest and we really didn’t know how to rectify this unknown situation. However, DJ showed up in a timely fashion with-in my first initial inquiry about this situation 30 minutes later. We had a great experience with Advance Wildlife and Pest Control. Alex came out to our home and was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the visit. He clearly explained what was going on and gave practical advice. We called on a Tuesday and had someone out by Thursday to address some rodent activity. Really appreciate Alex’s expertise and professionalism. We’ll definitely be reaching out again in the future if any issues come up.

I called Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control when my Pewaukee home suddenly found itself without a mouser (cat) and we saw 2 mice inside in the course of a month. We captured 2 more in a week and I knew the situation was bigger than we could handle ourselves. The initial phone call was smooth and the Rep advised me they could send someone out to identify entry points for a flat $2xx cost (I don't remember the precise fee but I think it was close to $225) She said I would discuss additional services with my Technician. Nathan was able to visit 2 days later and walked the property with me pointing out common areas of concern and very quickly identified FOUR points of entry into the home. He explained what these points looked like both inside and outside the house, and why he felt they were new points. He detailed what he was looking for and why he was making the recommendations he was (to plug the entry points). He recommended bait boxes inside and outside the house, but my teenager begged to not use poison inside the house. Nathan was not phased at all and offered an alternative plan that satisfied my kiddo's soft heart. He explained that the exterior bait boxes were a monthly "service" that he'd check on for around $70 a month (he gave me a firm price, I just don't remember what it was); he'd return to empty the boxes as needed and refill with bait. He also recommended how to deal with the live traps we opted to use inside in lieu of poison. Mouse activity immediately went to zero - we never saw mice again in the following three months (we sold the house). Every month when Nathan came to check the bait boxes we had agreed to around the exterior perimeter, he would call to let us know what day he was coming and to ask if we needed anything additional. The day of, he would knock on the door before performing service to see how things were going with the plan and ask if we had any questions. GREAT service, very educational and helpful. Never any hidden fees or charges. Fast to respond, and they didn't pressure me when I had to cancel service due to selling and moving in with an elder family member. Email summaries of each service, and the ability to pay online was a wonderful bonus! I highly recommend this company for pest control!!

Advanced Wildlife is great! They call when it's time to schedule maintenance which is very helpful. Dylan is the best! He's always quick and efficient. He's also very sweet to my dog who loves him. Since working with them, my indoor mouse problem is gone.

Last year's summer, my house was infested with earwigs. It was horrible. I killed 49 in one night once. They were everywhere, and they'd crawl on me when I slept and wake me up. I started sleeping with mesh shirts over my face, religiously checking my bed every night before I slept, but sometimes I'd still wake up with earwigs on me. It gave me some pretty bad trauma, and dietomaceous earth only did so much. This year, when summer came and the earwigs started coming back in July, I snapped and begged my family to hire pest control. Luckily, they agreed, so long as I did my own research and covered any costs above $200. All my research led me here, where I found out that they don't force you to sign into a contact like other places. I got a one time spray service for just shy of $200. The guy that came was friendly and was patient with my questions, and he sprayed the outside of the house pretty liberally. His name was Eric. I also find out that don't do any door-to-door sales, which is nice. He was honest, and told me a good rain in the next couple days might harm the spray's effectiveness, and to call them if that was the case. The next week or so, earwigs decreased but weren't completely gone. I was worried the recent rainstorm had washed everything away, but after the first week, I saw them less and less. By the second week, I was only seeing earwigs a maximum of twice per week. After three or four weeks, I was only seeing them once or twice per month. I didn't need to check my bed anymore. I wasn't scared to let my legs hang out without the blanket covering them, and I stopped jolting every time I felt an itch. It's September 29th as of writing this. I've only seen one earwig this month, and it was already dead. I feel so much more calm, and almost like I have my dignity back. I'm not so jumpy and paranoid, and I don't freak out when I feel a hair on my leg move anymore. I don't have to check my bed before I sleep, or wake up in a panic to something crawling on me. I can sleep again. I have my life back. For that, I wish I could give more than just a five star review. Thank you.

Sage was polite without being pushy, clearly communicated what was involved in our initial visit, and overall did an awesome job putting us at ease regarding little critters visiting our attic lately. I am especially impressed with pricing, which includes a one-month follow-up. Knowing the steps Sage took today to prevent easy entry into our attic going forward, as well as peace of mind knowing we'll be checking on activity again in a month, I never got the notion that I was being taken advantage of, nor sold anything more than I required. I look forward to continuing to work with Sage, and will be considering continued service with further visits every three months (since it's no contract, and I can end it anytime I wish, why not?)
