Chad Bryant of Affordable Inspections was EXCELLENT! His inspection of my house was very thorough and he took the time to show me some of his findings. He explained anything I didn’t understand and entertained all questions. The final report was so much more than I was expecting, it was very detailed with photos documenting everything. In my opinion, the rates were a bargain and I would happily have paid more, and obviously highly recommend!

It may seem pricey at first, but the level of expertise, the detail, and the thoroughness of the inspection more than made this the best home inspection we have ever ordered. Austin has been really great to work with. He got us into his schedule quickly, which saved us precious time in our due diligence period. He also found some important deficiencies that were critical to get repaired, even though it was a new house. So glad that he did, so we don’t have any issues down the road. Chad was excellent! His thorough inspection uncovered a problem with the master bath shower that allowed us to get an $8,000 credit at closing! The report he filed was very detailed including routine maintenance items we will need to be on top of as new home owners.
