Robert was super helpful! Called 5/22 in the afternoon and he was able to get me an appointment for 5/23. Showed up early as well which I really appreciated. Did the appropriate treatments quick and efficiently and was friendly too. 5/5! Definitely will be calling in the future if I need their services.

Ajax exterminating came by within hours of calling concerning a strange issue we were having with ants or some kind of bug. He came out and looked around the whole house and inspected the area and gave recommendations on how to eliminate the issue. He did not charge me for the inspection. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Called about a rodent problem and they came out right away. They gave a great assessment of what was needed. So far, a couple of follow up appointments and rodents seem to be gone. No complaints here.

Really impressed with Ajax. I called yesterday and they came out today and did a thorough inspection. Pricing is very fair. They were able to find gaps in the roof that has caused problems for previous home owners and would’ve likely caused problems for me too. I feel very comfortable using them as a service and am very happy with their professionalism, speedy appointments, friendliness, and thoroughness. I highly recommend them to anyone. Update: just renewed for second year. Happy to continue using this service !

Very thorough assessment my home; determined all potential access points. Gave me a complete game plan. However, very expensive for the service I received. For example, installing steel wool was on me. Picking up and disposing of traps was an extra charge. Mice are gone though!
