Davon did a great job and was very friendly! He was thorough and informative. Not to mention very punctual and timely! I'm also very relieved he didn't get stung. Those European hornets are huge and definitely not something we wanted to try treating ourselves. I'd definitely recommend Akita as the service was excellent and price much more reasonable than Orkin. My only recommendation to the company is that you provide your technicians with taller ladders! Luckily we had a tall enough ladder in the shed and Davon was willing and able to figure out how to use it, but it would be better if the company provided better ladders in the event I didn't have one. Thank you to Davon and Akita for helping us out with these hornets!

Michael came out and was fantastic! He was very thorough and even pointed out a hornets nest that was starting that I missed. He was very informative and very friendly! Our neighbor came over to talk about some hornets they had and Michael was very happy and willing to speak to him as well. Akita’s prices were the best by far and the service was very quick, efficient, and friendly!

I was very impressed and happy with the service I received from the Akita Technician Devon. He explained the process and what to expect before he started which I really appreciated! I am really glad I have them for my pest control!

Mike was very friendly and helpful with my yellowjacket problem I think he is very brave because there was a lot of bees 🐝 flying all around but it did not seem to bother him. Thanks Mike for a great job. As for the price I don’t know what the cost is for this service but as long as the bees are gone I don’t mind paying for a great service!

Akita is reliable and takes care of my external spraying quarterly. They even came back in between spraying to take care of a yellow jacket nest at no additional cost. We have used Akita for years and believe they do a great job.
