    I recently ended service with them after many years. The service had become really bad. Technician performed rush jobs. Tried canceling service and they literally kept giving me the run around for over a month. Only to charge my account. Spoke to Jessica who did a lot of trying to sell us to stay with the company. Claiming that she would offer so many perks if we stay. Told her to let me discuss with family and call her back. Called back left messages no returned calls at all. Then when I was able to get in touch with her she claimed she left messages that were never on my voicemail nor any missed calls or emails? Keep in mind this is the same lady who gave me the run around for weeks just to cancel my service no returned calls prior; so I couldn’t honor anything she said. I’llTo sum it up the whole process and the lack of communication was really bad and the monthly charges and broken appointments and no shows piled up. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else my mother encouraged us to transfer this service to our new home and we dropped a really reliable service for them and it was horrible day 1

    NO REFUND! Wow, this company canceled our service after discovering I filed a complaint with the better business bureau without me asking them to. My request was that they get rid of the bugs, like I initially paid for them to do. After wasting my, and my familys precious time- finding hiring, making an initial appointment, and the extra difficult time we had moving birds, dogs, cats, and babies to my sisters for the flea treatment that did not work, as a matter of fact the mites and fleas were worse after the technician left, not wearing protection, i’m sure that they brought some bugs with them. No doubt we never had a problem with cockroaches at all until recently .I told them to please help us out, we never got a response until we made a 1 strat google review, which leader changed to three stars because they were finally nice and responsive. Unfortunately, I work through the work week very hard and unable to get back to them right away now, so I’m guessing instead of doing what they were hired to do, they cancelled my service! Without me asking them to!!! INSTEAD OF GETTING RID OG THE BUGS…. we initially had the home treated for fleas, because I just wanted to make sure every trace of fleas were gone before they multiplied, ( oddly we have more fleas now, which I thought was strange, being just a day or two after the treatment was done we were noticing getting bit by fleas worse in the home then before the treatment) I continue vacuuming and cleaning, but I can’t help, but to wonder if the person that did the flea treatment may have brought some fleas with him to our home from his last job that we’re not initially there, we only had a few in the home. ( and he wasn’t wearing any protective covering over his clothes to do my house, which makes me think he did not have one on his clothes to do the house before him either which he did say was way worse than ours…It is so much trouble to have to get my family and pets evacuated. I was really hoping that this could have been worth us packing up and leaving for four hours. I cannot continue to do this over and over again in hopes that one time the treatment will work. I do realize that reviews can harm a business or make it better. Today the service manager is going to try to get us on his schedule to help us out. I’m really hoping this time we can get these pests taken care of… This is my original review: I will completely remove it completely once I see improvement on the actual bug problem. Do not sign a contract with this company. They will not treat your home when you need it done. We just signed on and was told our initial charge would be $159, and it needed up being $197, which at the time I didn’t mind paying because I was just willing to get it over with, and he was already there to treat my home for fleas in my yard for ants, Beatles spiders, and an assortment of bugs. It rained the night before and the day after and I have seen no improvement in our Pest situation since it was done June 12 I tried contacting this business several times to get my home treated again, as I was told when I was getting information about the businesses that anytime we need them they will be here. They kept playing tag with me saying they will get someone from scheduling to call me back, and when they didn’t, and I am dealing with these pests, I have pets and kids and a baby that are suffering now. I had texts coming from three different phone numbers that I had been trying to text all three of people who have been only helpful to get me to sign the contract, and manipulate me with excuses now have been ignoring me and then finally I get a text back with a long explanation of why they can’t come out because “the technician recommended” waiting 21 days!! many times of trying to contact this business while dealing with this discomfort of pests. I just want the bugs gone if I knew that I would have to wait 21 days after having an unsatisfactory experience I would never ever ever have used this company.

    I’ve used Alamo for almost 3 years now and I’ve been very happy. They come when they say they will and they have always done a great job of assessing my property for any issues. Today we had Axel Leach come out and he gave me a very detailed report of everything he found and how he treated it. I’ve been happy with their service since I switched over from a different company.

    I’m my 95 year old mother’s daughter and care giver. She signed up with Alamo several years ago, when she was more independent, for ant control. She has the service where they come out every three months to treat and that service has been totally effective. Now my mother is quite disabled and has various healthcare professionals see her at home. I suspect that our current issue, with bed bugs, happened as a result of having so many healthcare workers coming to the house…because, since I’ve learned, bedbugs are little hitch hikers! Regardless I called Alamo for help. They initially sent Clayton to inspect. He was very thorough and examined the entire house. He found one dead bug and no other evidence of infestation. He was very informative, answered all my questions, went over my options and made some recommendations. At that time I decided to try to manage the problem myself, which was one of the options. But in spite of my efforts I kept finding another bug every day or two. So pretty quickly I changed my mind and arranged to have them come and treat. Everyone at Alamo is great. Their office staff is helpful and professional and prompt. Several times I had specific questions which the office staff couldn’t answer so they forwarded my messages to Clayton and he quickly called me back. The day of the treatment, the exterminator, Daniel Wiegref, was great. He too was prompt, very professional and competent. I appreciated his thorough explanation of the planned service and what to expect. He provided a lot of education. (You can tell he likes to teach.). And he was very clear about what I should do post treatment and that someone would come back in three weeks to re-inspect. I’ve been very happy with Alamo. Everyone I’ve spoken to and met has exceeded my expectations. And finally I’ve gotten a good nights sleep and not worried that bedbugs were taking over our house!

    We had service today with Axel and could not be more satisfied. He was able to locate so many wasp nests outside of our house and took care of them all. In addition he helped check our attic spaces and spray inside. He was very professional. We will continue to use this service.

    We've been with Alamo Pest Control for over a year now and have had a good experience. I will say that Axel was by far the most thorough, diligent, and communicative professional that we've worked with over this time. I appreciated how intentional he was with checking the bait traps, treating the exterior eaves, addressing issues he noticed that we weren't aware of, and also spraying the interior with a fine mist. It was almost imperceptible (as expected)—we loved it. I hope we get Axel back to treat our home each time because we were very satisfied with his work. Overall, fantastic company and service!

    Fast scheduling for appointment. Technician Alex listened to my wasp concerns. Alex did an outstanding job. He was thorough in treatment application inside & outside my home. Very happy.

    Alamo has been there since day 1! They always go above and beyond to help! W technicians are VERY WELL TRAINED and knowledgeable about all pest issue small or big and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you! Highly recommend
