This company inspected our house and what the buyers agent passed onto us was incorrect, to put it politely. Right off the bat, it stated that there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, the dampers on the fireplaces wouldn't stay open, and there weren't any smoke or CO detectors. Those three items are installed and working, so either the inspector was blind or a fraud and a hack. There were some legitimate issues brought up, but I have zero confidence in the capabilities of Ben. Hire this company if you want somebody to fabricate reasons to back out of an offer on a house. Otherwise I'd avoid them like the plague.

My husband and I purchased our first home a few weeks ago. Ben was the individual preforming our home inspection. He was very thorough and let us walk through the house with him, answering every question we had. He was very knowledgeable, professional and took his time with the inspection. We are very appreciative of the job he did. The home report sent to us was very well laid out and described in detail (with photos) each and every "issue" with the home.

After another company backed out on us at almost the last minute, Alert was able to do the inspection for us on the same day! Ben was wonderful at answering our questions, he gave suggestions for things for us to do as a part of our project, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him for an inspection!
