Alexandria Pest sent service tech. Kam out to perform a General Pest initial service for our home in Hayfield Farms.. Kam was on time for the appointment, which was very helpful. She took a few minutes to explain the "what and where" of the service. Again, it was very helpful as we have a pet , and we wanted to know how long to wait for the solution to dry. Very professional, I would highly recommend Alexandria Pest. A rare quality service in a sea of "others".

This company was incredible!!! We had two dead squirrels in our yard (it was pretty awful) and was discovered one morning when getting our son into the car. We immediately called a bunch of companies and were told they couldn’t handle this, or wouldn’t be able to fit us in for weeks, ect. Alexandria Pest Services was able to get us in within an hour my call. They had a technician in the DC area and contacted him to immediately come and help. The prices was so reasonable (I would have gladly paid more) and the job was done so efficiently and with care. All of the animals remains were picked up and we feel safe that our kids and animals can be back in the yard. This is one of those companies you hope you never have to call or call again but if we ever need to we know exactly who we will be calling!!!!!!!!! My husband wants to know if they have mosquitoes treatments too since our current company just isn’t doing the job! We highly recommend this place!

Alexandria Pest Services saved us! We were having rat problems and over the course of one year, we used three different pest services in the area. They all set some traps and got us on a subscription, but the problems weren't getting better. Then we called Ricky and the Alexandria Pest team (Jacob!) and they understood our problem from the start, and helped us identify exactly what was happening and how to prevent the vermin from getting in to our walls. The team was vigilant with how often they checked in and with their follow-up. We're now rat free! Can't recommend them enough, they were very attentive and great to work with.
