I like them. I spoke with a guy named Ron and described what I thought were ground hornets. He asked me about their behavior and ascertained that they were carpenter bees – – and much more importantly, that they would not sting. That was very good news for me because I was afraid to go out in the garden for fear of being stung. I took a lot of his time up on the phone, really quite a bit of time, and didn't need to hire him because as long as they didn't sting me, I didn't care. I offered to pay him and he refused to take any payment. So he was definitely a decent person, a truly good guy also, fun to talk to. He laughed at my jokes. If I have another problem, I will definitely check them out.

I contacted All American to be sure we did not have bedbugs. They gave me a same day appointment and arrived on time. Jake was extremely thorough in both the bedroom and living room. He was very professional while being friendly and helpful. I will definitely call on them should the need arise. I highly recommend All American Pest Control.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Dalton did an amazing job getting rid of the cockroaches at my dad’s house. I was coordinating everything from Colorado, and Dalton made it so easy — he kept me updated by phone and text after each treatment. We’ve had about 4 or 5 treatments total, and now we’re signing up for the quarterly maintenance program. It’s been over 30 days since we’ve seen a single bug! I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and results. Highly recommend this company — definitely a 5-star experience!
