Spoke with the office staff and she explained in detail how they'll handle the yellow jacket nest at our front door. The VERY professional tech arrived on time and used a special tool to see how large the nest was, and where it was actually located in the wall. Treated the nest, and they are no longer there. Plus they warranty their work.

Tom arrived today as cheerful as ever and did our quarterly spray tmt along with checking the bait stations ( the most critical being in a really tight crawlspace and he never complains).
