We've used this company for 12 years, but we and our neighbors who also use them have noticed a decline in service, employee who does our park has been seen not spraying and leaving tickets that he has sprayed. We've had the same problem said they sprayed but we were home that day no spraying done, called and they said they did inside and out, we have no inside service, said he'd come and spray but never showed. Employee has been seen spraying only the front and 3/4 way up each side of Mobiles no rear area being sprayed. Been seen sitting and chatting with some neighbors while others are skipped. Called Company left message, no return first call, called again and got answered explained issue, assured it would be corrected. Never showed, called again left message, no response. I'm afraid they've lost a customer and more likely to follow. Owner has failed to correct the issues and will suffer the lost business as a result. I'd avoid using this company until they fix their issues.

Don't even call all pest.The person sent to do the job only quickly went around the outside perimeter without results. Didn't come inside the house. In a couple days I was not in control of my home, the pests were. It was so bad I contacted with a well known company for not much more 💲. They showed up in 2 days, explained what was going on. Then did the inside and out. Put bootie covers over his shoes. Dead bodies within hours with no harm to our cat. So l left a voicemail firing this dud company. 🐜 are no longer running my domicile 😀.

David show up on time. Was very knowledgeable. Took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible service. Still have termites and they refuse to respond to me. I hired them before I purchased my home to check for termites. I was told I did not have them and my home was infested with them. The owner came out maybe 5 times saying they won’t stop until they are gone. Here we are 3 years later and still have termites and they refuse to call me back. Don’t waste your money.

I have had no issues at all. Had a pretty bad problem and they helped fixed it quick. Very nice pricing and professional. Whatever sprays they use are the best I have ever used in my house.
