We have renewed our contract with all pest pros for years. This year apparently the service has changed. Pay $450 a year for them to inspect and spot treat termites any time we call. This year they did inspection and no treatment and said it would be $1000 to replace damaged wood. Understand an additional cost to replace wood. But what about spot treating??? We are not paying $450 for only an inspection!!! This was not how the service has been for years. Rip off. Will not renew anymore. Beware. You are not getting termite services only an inspection for this high price!! Shame as we have been long time customers. They should have disclosed the changes in their services when they sent the renewal notice. Instead we find out after the check has been cashed!!! Update August 30 2020. - the co-owner contacted me after this review. She explained there must have been a miscommunication as they do spot treat IF NECESSARY. She arranged for another inspection and the person that came also explained and pointed out areas where wood repair is recommended. I am impressed with their follow up and follow through. Also if termites are found at any time during the year they will come back. This is the service we bought and expected. I would recommend.

1) I received a call from their office 2 weeks ago, informing me a technician was at my house and asked if I could put my dog up. Since I had no knowledge of the appointment, nobody was home to do so. 2) Then I was told she would call me back to reschedule, but instead of a call, I received a bill for service. Shortly after I completed a survey for that "visit", I got a call back. 3) The rescheduled appointment was made for 8/25/18 btwn 12 and 2pm. I called that day to get confirmation that they were actually going to show up. I spoke to someone in the office at 1:44 pm. I let her know I had another obligation following that appointment and that was the reason I was calling to confirm. At 2pm, the technician was still not there and I had to go. I got a text from my 15 year old son at 2:45 pm saying the technician finally showed up. It was 95 degrees outside and my son was told he needed to sit outside for the next 3 to 4 hours because the technician sprayed the inside of the house without an adult present. 4) I called the office and of course nobody answered, so I left a message. I missed the return call with a voicemail that the manager would call me Sunday. By Tuesday, I still hadn't received a call back.

I left front gate unlocked for them to have easy access . They left gate opened and it banged and broke one of the dog ears. They said they are not responsible for the damage. I have used them for the last 15 years and this will be the last time they have my business.

I have used All Pest Pros for a few years now and their customer service and technicians are total professionals. Whenever there is a problem either with pests or coming back or to take care of a persistant issue, they are prompt with service. I recommend All Pest Pros to anyone with a termite or vermin issue.
