I had a wasp nest in the retaining wall bricks in my front yard. It turned out to be five nests. Alec was fantastic and got rid of all of them. He managed to kill at least 60 wasps, I’m so glad I didn’t try to do this myself.

Tyler came to do a simple termite inspection for us. He was very professional and super knowledgeable about all things exterminating. Didn’t “push” anything on us however if and when I decide to get regular treatments I would definitely call Tyler!

He patiently and respectfully answered all my questions and demonstrated knowledge of targeted pests and chemicals involved in their control. He was considerate of my property; in every way he did a great job.

Great company! Derrick the owner genuinely takes care of his employees. The manager Blake gets his hands dirty with the techs. And the in office people are super sweet and awesome! I called about a carpenter ant issue, clearly explained what worked before, and the tech just gave my windowsill a quick spritz—never mind the ants were inside the structure. The promised termite inspection? Never happened. Months later, the ants are still around, and when I complained, they said the proper treatment was an “extra service.” Now I’m being charged $150 to cancel early—because apparently, poor service still counts as service. The cherry on top? An email asking for holiday donations right after I requested cancellation. Sure, take my $150 and put it toward that.
