Did not know I had a yellow jacket nest in my morning room. Called all star around 12 noon to fix problem and same day service they fixed the problem. Technician really explained and showed me the issues and provided great customer service! 5 star company! I would highly recommend them!

All Star Pest Management came right out and quickly resolved our yellow jacket and wasp issue! Each person we were in contact with was kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend and call again! The price for a one-time yellow jacket removal was very reasonable and we appreciated how quickly the dangerous issue was resolved. This issue seems to be common this year (2024), and the companies we called prior to All Star Pest Management said, specifically because they were getting many calls about yellow jackets, that they were no longer doing one time bee removal and insisted on an annual bug plan. They were clearly trying to take advantage of the situation, so we passed on those companies. So glad we kept searching and found All Star Pest Management --- quick and efficient!

I thought I made the right choice. But I'm very disappointed. Twice a tech has been out. It's been over a Month & same activity with the mice. The tech Is very nice Gentleman I'm trying to be patient. If you want a peace of mind. This is not the company to contact. What's the point if having a contract if you can't fix the problem. Patch the holes around the house. Set bait that will actually work. This is ridiculous

Ryan is definitely our go to guy! He’s very friendly, professional and helpful! He always helps with any insect issues we may be having. We have been going to him for awhile now and will continue to! I highly recommend Ryan and am beyond thankful for him!

We have used All Star since 2007 and have never had an issue. Not once. The company is great and the techs are great. A big shout out to our tech as of late, Chris. He is just the nicest guy who is so helpful and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. Chris exemplifies what we have seen in all the techs over the years- very professional, a great attitude, listens to the issues and solves the problem. I would highly recommend All Star to anyone.

My sister referred me and I'm so glad she did. Dave came today to inspect our house and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He went through every room answering all my questions I had about mice. Every time he called something out, he let me take a look at what he was seeing and what he'd be doing to fix it. This really reassured me. The inspection was thorough and he was a wealth of knowledge all while having a positive demeanor which truly exceeded my expectations. As a new homeowner, its been hard determining if a service will be worthy through just a review, but Dave left the best impression on me regarding All Star Pest Management.
