This little fellow, who my wife and I named Franklin, after the ill-fated Arctic explorer of the same name, had found his way into, and was unable to get out of, our chimney. We tried ourselves to first coax, then scare, and finally to smoke the little guy out. Failing all this, we contacted All Things Wild Animal Removal Service, and spoke with Shane. He kindly offered to call in the morning, should our efforts come to naught, and come with the equipment and know-how to swiftly end the standoff. I am personally sad to say that Franklin continued to outwit my wife and I right up until Shane's return call. Resigned to defeat, we welcomed gladly Shane's experienced efforts, and he solved our squirrel issues within 10 minutes, again displaying the value of experience and know-how. Franklin has been taken away, alive, alert, and a little pissed off, I'm sure, but now he'll have a chance at further explorations, unlike his namesake. Shane was amazing he quickly came after another company didn’t do their job! Found the spot a raccoon was getting in my house in less then 1 minute and was super professional, he gave us excellent advice and then came back to repair and fix our problems and so far no further issues!!! My service tech was extremely nice, cool and collected. He was able to see what had happened for the wildlife to get into my fenced in area. And even though the animal had just left before he got there, he still did a full inspection to make sure there were no other Critters hiding in my backyard. Absolutely great service!!! If I ever have another wildlife problem, I will be contacting him only.
