These guys are great! We had a bat problem and they came out literally the next day after we called. The communication was stellar - you can tell that they knew what they were talking about. They took a look all around the house and showed me what to look for and how they came in through the house. The entire team were so kind and professional (even when having to deal with my ‘Karen’ neighbor) cleaning up after themselves and keeping us updated on the process. They put in hard work without me hardly noticing they were on top of my roof sealing everything up. They matched their work to the color of my house so no one can even tell - I feel good knowing we didn’t just get a bandaid slapped on the side of our house but a permanent solution to our bat problem (and any other little critter trying to stay at our house rent free)

Our neighbor had a bat issue, so understandably we wanted to get our home inspected. They were quick to respond and very professional. Fortunately I did not have an issue, but I won’t hesitate to contact them for any future problems. I highly recommend them.

If I could give a zero I would . Me and my had a snake in our house at 1am and we called and no one answered even tho it’s 24/7 service and if someone did answer they would say we don’t have a technician in our area . We literally had to get our neighbor to help .

Our cat was stuck in our tree (about 60 feet up!), and we couldn't leave her there because 2 hawks were trying to get her. As my son sprayed them with a hose, I called at least 6 businesses and left urgent messages. Brian at All Things Wild, Charleston branch was the only one who responded. He dropped everything and rushed over. So glad to have our cat safe in the house again!
