Nick provided a thorough explanation regarding our issue and his plan for treatment. He also offered advice on sealing small openings where bugs may get into the home. Time will tell if things he did or recommended worked. He was very professional and cordial.

Honestly I’ve had two other pest services and this was by far the best!! Nick got us set up with an awesome deal and wa sable to get us scheduled the same week! Jonathan was top notch! He arrived as scheduled this morning at the stroke of 8:00 am ( to do our lawn and ornamentals) just as I was preparing to call the office with reports of seeing a possible roach scurrying across our dining room floor (literally right under foot where I was working at the dining room table. I knew we were having outdoor service today but our 3+ years of using All U Need Pest Control assured me my call would have been successful in getting an extra “between service” response. Johnathon did not disappoint! Without hesitation, he came in, did the appropriate inspection then provided us with strategically placed traps and detailed instructions on what to look for and expect. He placed barrier materials where we had gaps underneath our slider door to our lanai. Above and beyond customer service! We LOVE this company and have nothing but high praise for Jonathan! Nov 5 Repeat Service requested for tiny ants in bath rooms on one side of our home. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and super friendly in a professional and courteous manner. Love this company!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Roberto Rea service technician to do our house and let me say we are totally satisfied with his work and explanation of what he was about to do and the chemical of what was going to be sprayed on our property. He did the outside and inside of our house and was aware of our dogs and took time to give us their eating and drinking bowls so they would not receive any of the insecticides. Would definitely recommend. 👍💯

From introductions to services completed they were very professional. explained everything in great detail, made sure every area was treated. Jean explained pricing and how everything worked. also performed a brief inspection same day. on our scheduled day Jay was our tech. he was very polite treated all areas then after explaining what he did he showed us the areas that he found. highly recommend.Our Dogs didn't bother him at all. It's not easy to find good technicians these days in any trade. hang on to that guy. Jay did a great job!

We were looking for a extermination company to control our rats in the attic. I've tried to fix it myself and caught a few. But Dan was able to inspect our attic and find a few openings for them to enter. He explained what All U Need Pest Control will perform and provide. He was very courteous and professional, he answered our questions and provided us with a (12) twelve month guarantee. Update: 11/10/2025 This company has made frequent return visit's to make sure everything is still working properly. Andin has been to our home twice and has done an excellent job. He is very courteous and professional, he also respects our home and is friendly too. He did a walk around and checked for any openings in the house and foundation, even returned back on the roof for another inspection of the previous work the other technician's performed. All U Need Pest Control has done an great job in securing our home from rodents and pest trying to enter. Just lime their name, this company is "all you need". Thank you! Update: 11/14/2025 Ozzie again returned to remove the empty traps in the attic. He also sprayed the DVC deodorizer in the attic. Anthony was very thorough in evaluating our home even going to the point of removing an outlet cover to assess a concern we had. He explained all the products he was using and did a very good job taking the time to address every area inside and outside of our home. This was our first time working with All U Need Pest Control after switching pest control companies and we are glad we made the switch to them and should have done it sooner. Highly recommend!

Today was my first treatment so I can’t speak on how affective the pest control is, but I can speak about the customer service. To start, Jay spent a lot of time with us explaining everything before we purchased the services. Due to schedule changes I’ve had to call the office multiple times to reschedule and everyone has been so helpful and kind. Today, Micah provided our first treatment and was prompt, respectful of our space, and communicative throughout. I’ll update later on once we can see if the treatment works.

Daniel from All U Need came for centipeads issue as we have been away 6 months and found live activity in the house. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and explained what he was going to do before starting. As this is part of the quarterly service, there was no charge but appreciate the special trip to deal with this. Highly recommend This company as they have not let us down yet in the 3 yrs using them.

Very happy with the service. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Treated the inside and outside of my home. I had quite a bit of German roach problem in my house but since the first treatment I hardly seen any. No doubt in my mind that after this second and third treatment I won’t see any at all. Thank you all so much for making me feel at ease in my own home again. It’s hard to sleep at night knowing you have a small infestation in your house.
