The first technician they sent was a bit lazy. Didn’t make any effort to investigate the actual pest to take the proper action. The second technician was awesome. He talked with us to investigate what we really needed, and was extremely throughout during the treatment.

Allegiant did an incredible job Soft Washing my home. It was full of spiders, midges and webs. The two step process has the exterior looking and smelling like new. Tony the owner did the work personally. After the Soft Wash he then treated the exterior for pests. Tony also added bait boxes for mice. I would be interested in a monthly subscription for 3 Soft Washes in July, October, and April including Pest Control if you want to try that with your business model. I would strongly recommend Allegiant Pest Control.
