Bud Breedlove was just at my location to do a pest control treatment and I must say he was very thorough and did an outstand ing job. Bud was very nice, respectful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Bud and Allstate.

Left complaint with customer service dept about service and tech who came to our home. Had been a customer for 20+ years. Manager was to call back. A week later and still waiting for call. Calling other local providers today.

Recently Added
They came on my property without my permission. They drilled holes all around my porch and dug a trench around the house without notifying me of what they were going to do. They did not wait for me to call back after initiating a service call to schedule when I’m available. They also destroyed my flowerbeds and then tried to gaslight me and tell me it wasn’t destroyed. Don’t ever use them for anything. Then when I call to air my grievance they accuse me of cancelling my policy which I most certainly did not do. But I certainly will not renew or recommend to anyone.
