My apartment complex is contracted with this pest removal company. There was a dead bird in our dryer for 2 weeks because this company did not remove it after 2 visits (possibly 3 but it is unclear whether they showed up outside of their contracted day as requested). I'm not quite sure where the misunderstanding was but our maintenance team was told that the bird was removed, when it was still in the dryer (I'll spare the picture). This gross incompetence put our health at risk.

We live in Velo Apartments and have a bird somehow end up in our dryer system. The apartment complex allegedly has called this contracted company several times and gotten no response beyond a quick 5 minute look on Monday during their scheduled visit. Meanwhile we can't dry clothes and now the dryer smells of DEATH. I'm absolutely disgusted by the lack of consideration for life and health. What if this bird has a disease that we or our pets are breathing in? It's been a week with a rotting corpse fouling the air.

This is the best pest control company I've used in Multi-family, and residential. The turn around time is unmatched. I've never had a problem getting them to service on the same day. They leave the place pest free, no questions asked. If you need a pest issue addressed, these are the people you want to call!

I had an flying ant infestation in my apartment (Pembroke On The Green) for a week. The pest control that we had a contract with did nothing to fix this issue with myself or other neighbors. Alpha pest management was not only professional but very knowledgeable. They helped examine my home and exterminate spiders.
