Called Alpha Wildlife got in touch with Jeremy. Had a snake that had gotten into my chicken coop. Jeremy removed the snake and then gave me some ideas and pointers on how to reinforce my chicken coop so snakes could not re-enter. He responded fast! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does. I will definitely be calling Alpha Wildlife back if I ever have any more issues with wildlife. Highly recommend this company.

Dave And D'Angelo with ALPHA wildlife were amazing. He came out to my house right away after we called him about a rat problem. He told us exactly what we needed to do and how he would take care of it. Dave and D’Angelo did really nice work on our house and it looked great. Very nice guys and easy to work with. I will highly recommend them to all my neighbors

Dave did us right. We had a raccoon and babies making a home in our attic. He got all of them removed safely. Also managed to take care of any opening and to ensure it won't happen again. He has great help and is super responsive. Keep up the good work.

After finding a copperhead snake in my garage on a Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, I called Alpha Wildlife Charleston and spoke with Dave. He was extremely friendly on the phone and was here within 45 minutes. He removed the snake within seconds. Snakes are my #1 phobia, so Dave's professionalism and top-notch customer service were a great gift in this high-anxiety situation. I will now be able to sleep soundly tonight. Thank you, Dave! Inadequate communication and service. We had the work reviewed by another company - told him what we paid and he said to write a poor review and blow up the company on social media. This was nearly 3 months ago. I am not in the party of bashing companies on the internet as you do not know what people are going through. I met with Dave in person to express this frustration - twice - to which he promised to deliver and here we are yet again a month or so later where I have not heard from him. One of his crew sprayed mortar all over the side of my house while using our hose to fill their bucket. Another one of his crew spray painted the rear of our home like he was blindfolded - to which the patchwork was never completed. I pointed this out to Dave myself - and only 1/2 of the work was properly redone - and never heard from Dave again about painting it or reviewing other options. We are moving on and I hope that he understands our position to write said review. The only reason I am giving Dave two versus one stars is because he seems like a good person with simply too much on his plate. I am sure for smaller projects for one day only they do a great job. For larger jobs I do not think they have the time or patience to manage it, nor can they communicate timely status updates. Frustrating on my end as I expressed to Dave the first time we met him - I just want this done properly for my family home and was not concerned about his costs. The work was expensive for setting some traps to catch squirrels. I paid for the guarantee of work... the squirrels were back inside of our atrium within 60 days. During this time period I also had to text him to come get dead animals off our property as they would rarely come reset traps unless requested - to which we still have things we need to complete and thus we will go another route to hopefully wrap up this project for our home.
