Called to make an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came around he wasn’t here. I texted him with a friendly reminder since I took time off work—I even asked if it was Thursday or Tuesday acting like I wasn’t sure (in the context of the conversation I was avoiding being pushy)—he claimed it was Thursday. I said I couldn’t do Thursday but I could do Wednesday so it was agreed for 3:40. I got home at 3:30 and at 4pm I texted and told him I was available. Again reminding him of an appointment we made. He claimed he drove by 3ish minutes before I texted him and that no one was home. Idk if he was aware of both vehicles in the driveway or the fact I was here long before I texted him. Trying to make it out like I was the late one who held him up so he had to go or something. And even if no one appeared home which isn’t the case, there was no communication to see if we were. Wish I could say the work quality was good but we never got passed him arriving before I decided to not go with him. Keeping an agreed upon appointment is such a basic thing and this like many businesses in Alpine just lack to work ethic to commit to quality and maintaining a good reputation in their community simply because there’s hardly any competition in this town. There, done being a Karen lol

Phil is great! He was super responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. He does all my pest control at the ranch.
